Scan Your First Card
Allow camera access when prompted. Place a Pokemon or Magic card in the red frame on screen. Tap the capture button (the big red circle).
VendBro identifies the card in under 2 seconds using AI. You'll see:
- Card name and set — verified against 165,000+ cards
- Market price — current TCGPlayer market value
- Variant pricing — Normal, Holo, Reverse Holo, 1st Edition (if applicable)
- Graded prices — PSA 7 through PSA 10, BGS, CGC, SGC
- Japanese versions — era-matched JP pricing from PriceCharting
Tip: Good lighting makes a big difference. Avoid glare on holo cards — tilt the card slightly.
Understand the Pricing
Variant Strip
If a card has multiple printings (Normal, Reverse Holo, 1st Edition), they appear as scrollable pills below the price. Tap one to see its specific price.
Condition Selector
Tap NM, LP, MP, HP, or DMG to adjust the price based on card condition. NM (Near Mint) is the default.
Graded Prices
Expand the graded section to see what the card is worth at each grade level — from PSA 7 to PSA 10, plus BGS 10, CGC 10, and SGC 10.
Japanese Versions
Below graded prices, you'll see Japanese printings of the same card matched by era. Green "Exact era" badges indicate versions from the same year.
Log a Sale
Tap Log Sale to record a sale at your price. Enter the amount and confirm. The sale is saved to your history and synced to the cloud.
Your scan history tracks every card with timestamps, prices, and sold amounts. Export any session as CSV for your records.
Verify Prices
Below the pricing section, tap TCG, eBay, or PC (PriceCharting) to cross-reference prices on external sites.
For deeper eBay research, tap More → Check eBay Sold Prices to see recent completed sales.
Switch Between Pokemon and Magic
Tap the PKM / MTG toggle at the top of the scan view to switch between Pokemon and Magic: The Gathering. Each game has its own AI model and pricing pipeline.
