1. Acceptance of Terms
VendBro is a product of Netmana LLC, a Hawaii-based technology company (netmana.net). By using VendBro (vendbro.com and app.vendbro.com), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
2. What VendBro Is
VendBro is available as a mobile web app (PWA) and as native mobile apps — including Compera on iOS — that let you scan Pokémon and Magic: The Gathering cards and look up current market pricing. It is an informational tool, not a financial advisory service.
3. Accounts
You can create an account using an email address and password, or through Google OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person — don't share accounts or create multiple accounts to circumvent limits.
4. Free Tier and Pro Subscription
- Free tier: 20 scans per day, no payment required.
- Pro plan: Paid subscription with unlimited scans and additional features. Pricing available in the app.
How your Pro subscription is billed depends on where you buy it:
- On iOS (Compera): Pro is sold through Apple In-App Purchase, with Apple as the merchant of record. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The subscription auto-renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) governs that purchase.
- On the web and other platforms: payments are processed by PayPal, which acts as the Merchant of Record; their terms apply to that payment relationship.
In all cases, subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. See our Refund Policy for more.
5. Acceptable Use
You may use VendBro for personal or commercial card pricing purposes (e.g., pricing your collection, preparing for sales). You may not:
- Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from VendBro
- Use bots, automated tools, or scripts to interact with the service
- Resell or redistribute VendBro's pricing data as a standalone product
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the scanning or pricing systems
- Use the service in any way that disrupts it for other users
6. Intellectual Property
Pokemon, Pokemon card images, and related trademarks are the property of The Pokemon Company, Nintendo, and their respective owners. VendBro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokemon Company or Nintendo. We use publicly available pricing data to provide market information.
The VendBro name, logo, and application code are our property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them.
7. Limitation of Liability
Pricing data displayed on VendBro is informational only. It is not financial advice, an appraisal, or a guarantee of any card's value. Prices come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We are not responsible for any buying or selling decisions you make based on this data.
VendBro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or uninterrupted service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity — with or without notice depending on severity.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make significant changes, we'll notify users via email or an in-app notice. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable state and federal law.
